Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all included accessories.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not be eligible for return. Customized or specially configured PCs may also not qualify for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos as proof to process your claim. Eligible cases will be approved for replacement or refund.

Return Process

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Replacement Timeframe
If a replacement is approved, it will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
